Happy Birthday Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

WannerClan: I am going to permanently archive this listing to make room for a new cache. It has been over 7 years in this spot, so it has had a good run. Time to make room for new blood.

Geocache Description:

In Douglas Park near a popular trail on the back side of Douglas Park Hill.

The day we planted the original cache was my 40th Birthday. One of the presents I was given was a fully prepared geocache. So we went out and planted it right in the middle of the party (in the near dark).

The cache has been pillaged a few times, and has been moved around a bit, but it still lives on.

The cache is a smallish container, so don't bring anything large to put in.

The hiding place is pretty obscure from the trail side, but to keep it that way please be sure to replace the ground litter that obscures the cache.

Have fun with it!!

Additional Hints (Encrypt)

It is in the middle of the tree, on top of the trunk that heads off to the East at the base of the more vertical trunk. Unless you are much taller or much more flexible than me, you will need to get down on your knees and reach in to the tree to reach the container.
