Welcome to Wanschers Community Park. This is a City of Lacey Park. The story goes like this. There was a very old woman with no family left who owned a large parcel of land on Hicks Lake. In her will she left it to the City to make a park. This was a number of years ago, I read about it in the paper. Never heard anything since. Or maybe I made the whole thing up! Today I'm driving by and there is a park sign? Great park and it's right next to the public fishing access. From parking area, head for lake. Take paved path to second picnic area, open area. Get lock on GPS and follow to cache. I had co-ords to 20 feet. Think like a cacher. No hints! DubyaDee
