Geocache Description:

Iao Valley in West Maui

Beginner to Intermediate, depending on the trail. This is a great place for the whole family. There are pools to swim in and trails to hike on (most of them paved). This is such a short distance from Wailuku that many local children use the park streams to swim in. It can be a busy place as there are plant exhibits in Iao Valley Park, cultural exhibits at the Heritage Gardens (Kepaniwai Park), and natural exhibits at the Nature Center.

Local geocacher Fireproof94 will serve as cache guardian.
