The memory of the former Hungarian dreams of ski. You can approach it from three directions.
- 1. From Mátraháza following the blue sign then left to the yellow + sign. This is the easiest way.
- 2. From the Kékestetö (The highest point of Hungary) following the blue sign towards Sirok (steep slope) then left at the yellow + sign. This is a much harder way.
- 3. The hardest way begins at the 'Honvéd üdülö' following the yellow then the yellow + sign. 3/a There is a car park beside the road number 24, at the sign of 'Honvéd üdülö' You can see the top of the tower of the ski-jump above the trees. You can climb on the ramshackle stairs beside the old ski-run.
- 4. From the Kékestetö (The highest point of Hungary) following the blue sign towards Mátraháza on the sky slope then right at the yellow + sign. This is an easy way. (Unfortunately the ramp and the course are out of order for years.)
The tower is closed, the steps at the bottom are destroyed, but You can find possibility to climb to the tower for the view. :)
