Geocache Description:

A tradition since 1951, Sacramento's Music Circus has always been theater in the round in a tent. Audiences have sweltered on 100-plus evenings, fans waving constantly. There were tent poles with limited vision behind them and impossible canvas seats. Still, the company brings the best actors from all over and the youngsters in the chorus are always full of energy. The musical productions are always good.

The productions are still good this year, and still in the round, but everything else has changed. The Wells Fargo Pavilion is still technically a tent because it's made of fabric, but unlike tents past, this is a year-round venue. There are decent seats, and no bad views in the house. Mostly, it's AIR-CONDITIONED!!

In the winter, Sacramento Theater Company, which shares the area, produces more serious plays and children's theater.

The cache is a micro log-only. Bring your own pencil. It is not in or behind the chain link fence.
