cache and release Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Hemlock: Since there's been no response to the previous note, I'm archiving this cache to free the area for someone else to place a cache.

When/if this cache is replaced, please email me at hemlock@geocachingadmin.com and if it is still is within the guidelines for cache placement and posting, I'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Not far from Santa Cruz. Just up the road from Davenport. Parking just off the road. Nothing special or difficult about this cache. Your GPS device should work good here and you won't have to flail around under the trees.

This is the third incarnation of the same cache (a tupperware container). The cache was first placed here over 2 years ago:

Cache and Tarry (visit link)

... which was one of the earlier geo-caching caches. That cache was archived and was then moved to:

isla de umunnum (visit link)

The latter cache was also archived. Again, the cache was moved again to its present location.

This is an area of known ecological diversity. The cache title refers to nearby coho and steelhead fishery.

The contents of the cache when it was placed include some items from the original caches. This includes one of the first set of UCSC forks and spoons fron Iron Chef. Also included in cache are binoculars (new), a TexMex CD, crayons, a travel big and other stuff.
