This is our first hidden cache to celebrate our first 50 finds which took us to many pleasant spots and interesting sites we would not have otherwise visited. The aim is to provide a little exercise while enjoying nature and the search. It is a well groomed trail but somewhat hilly. No motorized transport allowed. Please keep dogs on a leash. Respect other sports minded people and use the trail.
There are other entries to the trail but for the following guidance please start your search at N 43° 49.539' W 079° 26.044'. Here you will find a sign at the entrance to the site. We won’t tell you what it is – that will be obvious when you read it. From there, follow the green & white sign down the road to a parking area (the gate is sometimes closed at night but that does not prevent you from walking), then continue down the road to the start of the trail which also has a sign telling you what it is. This sign is at N 43° 49.623' W 079° 26.340'. To start down this trail you will be moving away from the cache. The trail leads into the woods about 80M from this sign. No bushwhacking is necessary if you follow the main trail until you get opposite the cache.
