The cache is hidden in the middle of Cedar Swamp, the headwaters of the Sudbury River. The trails in this area are to be developed as part of the Westborough Charm Bracelet Trail which is scheduled for completion sometime in the future. More information may be found at: Westborough Charm Bracelet.
Right now, the trails are somewhat overgrown, and you might get a little muddy while searching for this cache, hence the name. I was told to Take My Shoes Off! before coming in the house after placing this cache. The container is a little bigger than the typical micro, but there really isn't much room for trade items, so trading is optional, unless you have something very small to leave. I left a couple of index cards and a few pencil stubs for finders to sign in. I did leave a GeoCoin as the first finder's prize.
Park at St. Luke's Cemetary on Rte. 135. Please stay on the roads near the fields during bird nesting times.
