Geocache Description:

This is an off-set multi-cache but the locations are within .25 mile. GPS signal will probably be a little intermittent under the trees, hence the difficulty rating.

The above co-ordinates should take you into the Vaughan Millenium Orchard and you should find a seat with a plaque for a gentleman with the initials RMV. Read the dates as ABCD - EFFG.

Now take a look at the notice board and find the following:

Glastonbury Thorn = AHF

Worcestershire Black = AAJ

The numbers need to be substituted into the following to give the cache’s location:
North 51.AD.(B-H) A (J-G)
West 0.GC.F E H

The cache is hidden on the fringe of Hazeley Heath where you may be lucky to see deer, foxes, squirrels, rabbits and badgers.

There are a number of footpaths leading up onto the Heath and some of these can get very wet and muddy in winter so waterproof footwear is recommended. After finding the cache, why not extend your walk and explore the Heath, you may even come across an old tank ramp!

The cache contains a selection of goodies.
