Tribute commerating the birthplace of a famous Iowan
After some comments by finders, I decided I would make this a regular sized cache. The new container is still in the same area as the original container, so the coordinates still work,
Part 1 is the starting point for this cache. It is a monument commemorating the hometown of a famous individual born in Iowa. There is a 4 digit number on the monument.

At the west end of the building in the same area as the above monument, there is a musuem honoring both the individual and his works as well as the town of Riverside. There is a three digit address on the front door.
