A sign only micro in a very busy location. Bring your own pen. The hardest part will be getting this one without being noticed! If you're even more stealth-enabled and daring, we dare you to put on your cloaking device and try it during lunch!

Frankly, we think you'll see why this place must be the answer. Have fun! (update 3/15/05. When I placed the cache, there were about 20 huge red picnic table umbrellas here with "Beef Franks" silkscreened on each of them. I think they're gone now.)
