before they went out into the woods
to bring you this caching adventure!

Park at N 42° 57.875 W 71° 32.747 at Earl Legacy Park off of New Boston Road in Bedford, NH. This is the headquarters of the Bedford Cross Country Ski Club.

From parking, walk to the kiosk at the posted coordinates (N 42° 57.771 W 71° 32.770) where a trail map is posted. You may find this map to be helpful when deciding where to cross the brook during your hunt! The map is also online at https://www.bedfordnh.org/DocumentCenter/View/220/Earl-Legacy-Park-Ski-Trails-PDF.

The first waypoint is at N 42° 57.760 W 071° 32.744 where you will find a robot Bendo guarding a brass tag with the last three digits of the north coordinates. (You could call this number ABC.)

The second waypoint it at N 42° 57.698 W 071° 32.883 where you will find a pirate Bendo guarding a brass tag with the last three digits of the west coordinates at Bendo #2. (You could call this number XYZ.)

After you have visited both waypoints to collect the needed information, you will be able to determine the coordinates of N 42° 57.ABC W 71° 32.XYZ as the location of the final cache.

Please replace the Bendos who are guarding the waypoints and the cache as you found them. They are not trade items!

The final cache is a camouflaged .30 caliber ammo can placed to be winter friendly. When you find the final cache, you'll want to note the information on the brass tag in order to seek the Bendo Hunt Bonus.

Cache History:

In March 2022 the cache was updated in conjunction with placement of the caches for Bendo #1, Bendo #2, and Bendo Hunt Bonus. The cache is the 5th-oldest active multi-cache in New Hampshire.
