This is an easy-to-find webcam with a lovely view of the Santa
Barbara channel. You can park nearby, but some spaces are
restricted, so please read and obey all posted signs. I recommend
visiting on a weekend, as the area is usually all but deserted.

Visit the lat/lon above, strike a pose, and have a friend save
the webcam image. The camera's resolution is pretty low, so try to
get as close to it as possible (without leaving the path!) To get
credit for this cache, you must post the webcam picture with your
log entry.
Note that the coordinates above are close to the camera itself,
but may not be exactly where the camera is aimed. Lately, the
camera owner has been pointing it in different directions every few
days, making your job a little more challenging. I've upped the
difficulty rating accordingly. Good luck!
