Trow Da Rubbish Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: Hi
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact us when you have the cache repaired, [RED]and assuming it still meets the guidelines[/RED], we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Don't hesitate to email me via the link on my Profile if you have any questions. [red]Please be sure to include the cache name and GC Code, or better yet, the URL of the cache page.[/red]

Thanks for your cooperation!

Geocache Description:

A 6.5 qt (6 L) Rubbermaid container along a walking/biking trail. Difficulty of 2 because trees may cause GPSr difficulties and unless you're a local, parking may not be obvious. Terrain of 1 means "NO CLIMBING".

This cache is dedicated to my former poker buddies: Scratch, Hammer, Cheese, Heff, Meathead, Jeeves, Shaggy, R-Dub, PsychoBob, Porkchop, Schtack-Baby, Punk-kin, and Droopy (...hope I'm not leaving anyone out!)

The name of this cache comes from my poker-playing days back in Hawai'i. Me and my friends (who gave me the nickname 'Snake') often played a version of 7-Card Stud called 'Pass The Trash'. To make it sound more local, we kept calling it Trow (Throw) Da Rubbish. I sure miss those days... kinda sorta! [;)]

Initial contents are themed to poker/gambling (but still kid-friendly [:)])
- Gambler's General Store catalog
- poker chips
- games CDROM
- Honeymoon In Vegas soundtrack
- several decks of playing cards (including Mickey Mouse cards for the kids)
- pack of dice
- logbook/pens/GC note

FTF prize is an invisible deck of cards. Congrats to Kusa for being FTF! [:D]

Near this cache you may see egrets, mallard ducks, and other wildlife. But be careful of geo-muggles (esp. two who I call 'Beavis & Butthead' [}:)] - they've been hanging out nearby during two of my visits while scoping out the area for cache-hiding.) I'd hate for this large, well-stocked cache to go missing!

Thanks to Squints for helping with the cache. Much appreciation! [:)]
