A quick 2 stage multi at an interesting site.

This is one of the more wordy plaques I've seen. I was going to do something mean and make you count all the vowels but Joani didn't want this one to be mean. All you need to do is find the year this site became a part of Santa Teresa Count Park. Let that year be ABCD.
