Western Sprawl Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Bunjil: As an historic cache, it is indeed unfortunate that none of the local geocachers are willing to take on this cache for the benefit of the Geocaching community.

As this cache would appear to have run it's life and has now been abandoned, I'm taking the next step and de-listing - sorry.

Geocache Description:

Spindoc Bob, Dragon’s Pearl and Xesist have grown up in the area since the early 1980’s. In that time we have seen Melbourne slowly crawl its way towards Melton. We wonder how long it will be before Melton becomes another suburb of Melbourne.

This location gives you a great view of the city and the western suburbs, from a modest sized hill. It is a drive-by and should only take a few minutes, so if it’s a clear night you may consider doing this in the early evening to see the city lights.
