Geocache Description:

This cache, a small mint tin, is attached to metal with the usual magnets.

Regent's Canal was constructed in the early 1800s to link the Grand Junction Canal's Paddington Arm with the River Thames at Limehouse Basin in the Docklands. It offers a long stretch of pavement with few traffic intrusions, and is heavily populated with walkers, bicyclists, joggers, and the occasional dog/person combination. To begin this series, you can start at Camden Locks and walk westward, ending up at Paddington Station. As you walk from Regent's Canal #9, you will pass through a section with long-term moorings. It feels like you are walking through a lot of folks' back yards, and it's also a little dumpy. The cache is located at the end of this area, and is not visible unless you are very short. (Recent logs indicate that this section is not open after dark, and may be locked at 5:00 PM.) The cache contains a log only, so bring a pen or pencil. After you locate the cache, please return it to the same location so that it is protected from the elements and hidden from the casual observer. You will not have to tramp around in mud to retrieve or replace the cache.

Unfortunately, as the path has quite a slope at the cache location, and the canal is near, this is not recommended for wheelchair users. Sorry.
