The noted archeologists, Dr. Smith and Dr. Jones, were passing the evening by the fire at the Foothill Club, a popular watering hole in the Western Desert.
"I know we are close Dr. Jones", sighed Smith staring into the flames. "But we have so few reliable clues to guide us. Perhaps the Moulin Jagra was not meant to be found".
"Such a classic work of architecture cannot be lost forever Dr. Smith," began Dr. Jones, " I know you don’t like to talk about it, but there is the matter of your predecessor’s work".
"He was a brilliant man Jones, but in the end the sun got to him. Those final writings are just ravings, nothing more."
"But I was THERE Smith, remember? He kept raving about his job, or A job at least. Maybe he knew of something that needed to be done…and there were those ancient texts."
"I have carried those with me every day" Jones pulled several ancient documents from his satchel, "and I can still make no sense of them or see how they would be of help."
"I don’t mean to intrude, but perhaps I can be of service" A grizzled old man pulled up a chair beside the two and motioned to see the texts. "I have seen these before," he said as he thumbed the dusty parchments, "and I think I know what they signify." He began to read them aloud:
"Do you know how God lays his command upon them…?"
"By the blast of God they perish..."
"Will any teach God knowledge…?"
"The Lord said to Satan, ‘Whence have you come?’"
"Who made the Bear and Orion, the Pleiades and the chambers of the south?"
He pulled an old book from his pocket and thumbed through it quietly for a few moments. "Just as I thought," he smiled and jotted some numbers on a napkin. "These will take you where you want to go."
