A short, easy walk into Las Trampas Regional Park. On the drive in
and out, keep your eyes peeled for Ostrich and Zebra (no joke)!
Small rubbermaid (the top is kinda' hard to make seal tightly, so
please make sure it is), just a short walk from the end of the
road. This is where we first took our newborn daughter Brooke
"hiking", during the winter a few years back, in a stroller (What
were we thinkin'??!!??). Anyway, cache contents: Swiss Army knife,
small Abalone shell, and a blue marble. BTW, it's true . . . we saw
two Ostrich and one Zebra on the way out!

January 9 by Danger Ranger (416 found) One of several I found today with Chuguy and Sam. This cache needs repair, contents were completely soaked. Needs a new log and plastic bag, as well as a new container that seals better.

December 20, 2009 by N3urom4ncer (1055 found) We were out for a hike on the Bollinger Creek and Las Trampas Ridge trails today. This one gave us fits due to the tree cover but Panda Ellie finally found the cache, in an area that I thought I had checked, no less. Contents were soaked, but we managed to sign the newer log. TFTC

December 3, 2009 by JDEnd (27 found) Nice cool, sunny day. Found with no trouble, but cache need maintenance. Notebook is wet & moldy. Took nothing and left toy whale. First find in about five years. Forgot how much fun it is.

November 28, 2009 by ClubMCR (222 found) Our first find of the day's hike. The GPS was jumping around a bit, and I just said '30 feet that way', when my son, who was next to me said, 'found it!'. Lucky, or we would have been looking elsewhere. TFTC!

August 30, 2009 by tnaloneranger (228 found) Was there with my nephew to look at an Eagle Scout project. Walked across a weedy hillside for this one. Took the long way around. Quick find. SL
