Geocache Description:

The cache is a ammo box located in a remote area near the Wapak mountain range.

The cache is on New England Forestry Foundation land. This property and others adjacent to it are part of a five mile stretch of roadless forest between routes 119 and 124, the largest track of land like it in southern NH.

I would recommend parking at the intersection of Hampshire Road and Koski Road (N 42° 44. 271 W 071° 56.488) and then walk in a northerly direction up Timbertop Road 0.6 miles to the entrance point (N 42° 44.705 W071° 56.053).

When there’s no snow (or spring mud) you can park in a small area at (N 42° 44.749 W071° 56.041) its on the right if your heading north and left side if heading south on Timbertop road.

At the entrance point (N 42° 44.705 W071° 56.053) cross the small stream and walk to waypoint N 42° 44.632 W071° 55.871, this will place you on an old logging road (small trees, etc. are now growing in it). Follow the road until you near the cache location. If you cant find the road bushwhacking will work.

To the south of the cache the land is posted so please respect this request.
