Down the trail south of Great Stoneface Park.
Follow the trail that Indians used from Great Stoneface to track the mystical bear in his lair. The cache is a regular plastic cylinder, not the charcoal heater that sometimes is nearby. Initial contents include some fun toys. Enjoy a nice walk from a wonderful park in North Berkeley.

Walked up to this cache from down below. Loved the private funicular! There was a bit of construction going on around and next to the grotto, but I was able to retrieve and replace the cache nonchalantly. NO GCs that I could see in the cache. Given the amount of muggle traffic here, I'm not surprised they're MIA. SL TFTC.

Had a bit of trouble finding the trail from the west, as it has no sign. From east I found the trail, then easy to find the cache.

found on our way to get coffee and pastries on solano. cute little cache! it was pretty out in the open when we found it, so we tried to hide it a little better to keep it from being muggled. TFTC.
