Geocache Description:

This cache was, for many years, the furthest south in Japan. It is located just outside of the Miyakojima Airport (you can walk across the parking lot). It's pretty much level ground... should take about a total of 15 minutes to find this cache.

This is an update of a cache originally hidden by TechRep. The original survived several typhoons, but needed replacement. (See pictures.)

The cache container is an oblong camoflaged lock-and-lock.

Updated contents: Virtual Ghost Geocoin and Fuchsie Geocoin, along with some modest geoswag.
