Es gab ja schon mehrere Versuche ein Travelbug (TB) Hotel am
Frankfurter Flughafen einzurichten. Leider wurden diese wohl immer
wieder von geomuggles gefunden und entfernt. Vielleicht auch von
der Airport Security, schlecht für uns Cacher aber beruhigend für
die allgemeine Sicherheit.
Nun also ein neuer Versuch
Der Cache ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar, maximal muss man
insgesamt 40 Minuten Umweg (Anfahrt, Suche, Abfahrt)vom Airport
einrechnen. Um den Cache auch für Transitflieger interessant zu
machen, hat dieses Hotel sogar einen eigenen Umsonst-Shuttle
Service:
Nehmt vom Terminal 1 (der alte) in der Ankunftsebene, draussen
an der "Hotel Shuttle Abfahrtstation" den Hotelshuttle des NH Hotel
Frankfurt Airport. Das ist Bus NH 1 (Achtung : es gibt 4
verschiedene NH Hotels in FRA) und er fährt , ohne spez.
Anforderung, alle 20 Minuten. Niemand wird euch Fragen ob ihr Gäste
des Hotels seid und wenn doch, sagt einfach ihr wollt euch das
Hotel für einen späteren Zeitpunkt angucken. Von Terminal 2 aus,
könnt ihr den "Skytrain" zum Terminal 1 nehmen.
Vom Airport bis Hotel sinds im Shuttle 10 Minuten, dann sind es
zum Cache nur noch 5 Minuten zu Fuss, so dass ihr für das TB Hotel
max 90 Minuten Transferzeit einplanen solltet. Das Shuttle bring
euch, wieder alle 20 Minuten, dann zurück zum Airport,
Ein Tipp um Anzüge u.a. zu schonen: Nehmt vom NH Hotel aus
solange den breiten Weg bis ihr links einen GROSSEN Holzstapel
passiert habt. Erst dahinter folgt dem GPS. so kommt ihr schmezlos
durch die Brombeeren
Die Hausordnung des TB Hotels:
1- Loggen darf natürlich jeder im Logbuch
2- wegen Platzmangels aber bitte nicht "normale" Sachen
tauschen
3- TBs reinlegen: bitte nur mit kurzer Beschreibung wohin der TB
gehen soll
4- TBs rausnehmen: Wenn ihr einen TB bei der weiterreise
behilflich sein könnt, nehmt ihn mit - Es können auch mehrere TBs
entnommen werden - Es dürfen auch TBs entnommen werden ohne andere
hineinzlegen.
5- geloggt werden darf nur einmal, falls ihr erneut kommt bitte
log per "post a note"

Here the newest try, this time outside of the Airport
facilities.
You can reach the cache very easy by car. It will take only
about 30 minutes of extra time to enter the cache on your way to or
from the airport
If you dont have a car, no problem: This TB Hotel has its own
and free of charge, shuttle service:
From Terminal 1 (the older one) go to the arrival area and there
go outside direction "Hotel Shuttles". Here you need to take the
Hotel shuttle of the "NH Hotel Frankfurt Airport".
Make sure that you take Shuttle "NH 1", because there are
several NH Hotels in the area. The shuttle will leave, without
special request, every 20 Minutes. Nobody will ask you if you are
guest of the Hotel, if they do, just answer you want to inspect the
Hotel for a stay in the future. The shuttle will take about 10
minutes. From the NH Hotel you only have to walk to the TB Hotel

4 - getting TBs : your welcome if you can help a TB to reach its
destination. you are also allowed to take so many TBs you want. you
are also allowed to take TBs without leaving others.
we hope this TB Hotel will stay for a long time and will have
