This will be a potluck event! If you complete the 10 required caches and plan to attend, please bring your favorite dish!
Final coords are:
N39 RED, GOLD . GREEN, YELLOW, ORANGE
W077 PURPLE, BLACK . SILVER, BLUE, WHITE
The process for participating is as follows:
1. You will receive a list of caches, plus a GeoPassport to collect the stamps from each cache. Each username that wishes to log the event cache must have a GeoPassport. (As of 4/29, no more info is being sent out. If you really think you will finish before 5/8 and have not started, send a note through our profile).
2. Find the ten caches placed around the state. Be sure to bring your own ink pad to stamp your GeoPassport. Don’t forget to sign the cache’s log book and get part of the coordinates for the event location. Each cache will contain part of the event location.
3. After finding all 10 caches, gather the location clues together. On May 1st, a decoding key will be placed here to allow you to determine the event location.
4. You may log the individual CAM caches you have found on Geocaching.com after the event on May 8th, 2004.
