The cache is located on the slope of a volcano, close to the path
leading to the peak. From the peak you have a panoramic view of the
nothern and northeastern part of the island.
In order to get the cache it is recomemendable to park the car
hier: N 28°09.208' W 15°38.207' and continue on foot. Don't
continue on the unpaved road by car, it is dangerous and probably
prohibited!!!
Leaving the path it is dangerous and not necessary to get acess to
the cache. The distance from the parking lot to the cache is
approximately 1300 metres and from the cache to the peak it is
about 200 metres. Don't miss the chance of getting to the peak and
ejoying the magnificent view!!!
The cache is located between some stones on the wayside, looking
towards the valley. It is behind a bend of 180 degrees. If a child
is with you, keep an eye on him/her or take him/her by the
hand!!!
It is not easy to find the acess road to the parking lot,
because there are no signs leading to it. For those who want to use
it, this is a possible route: From the main road GC-2

Note on cache maintenance: My niece and I hid
this cache and she will reach it very easy, because she is living
only 3 Km. from it. She will go there and look for the cache if I
ask her to.
