The cache is hidden in an abandoned and overgrown quarry. This place is located in the forest of the count of Ysenburg and Büdingen. It is highly recommended to visit the nearby castle and mediaeval town center of Büdingen!
Park the car at N 50° 18.668’ E 09° 10.862’. On the way to the cache it’s worth to visit another old quarry with a small lake at N 50° 18.444’ E 09° 10.127’ (see picture). The quarry in which the cache is located has access from NW or W only. Use the forest road and pass the other old quarry, walking directly to the cache is not recommended.
Do not search for the cache at night, you walk directly through huntig areas!

Der Cache ist in einem ehemaligen überwucherten Steinbruch in den Wäldern des Fürsten zu Ysenburg und Büdingen versteckt. Ein Besuch im nahe gelegen Ort Büdingen mit seinem Schloß und dem mittelalterlichen Stadtkern ist sehr zu empfehlen!
Parke bei N 50° 18.668’ E 09° 10.862’. Auf den Weg zum Cache lohnt es sich sehr bei N 50° 18.444’ E 09° 10.127’ einen anderen alten Steinbruch mit kleinem See zu besuchen (siehe Foto). Der Steinbruch, in dem der Cache liegt, ist nur von NW oder W zugänglich. Nehmt den Forstweg und geht an dem finalen alten Steinbruch vorbei (links herum), der direkte Weg ist nicht zu empfehlen!
Sucht den Cache nicht nachts, Ihr durchquert Jagdgebiete!
