The difficulty 2 rating is almost entirely due to the needed stealth factor and a reward for those of you nervous Nellys who just hate to be out in the open looking for a cache in an urban environment.
There tend to be a lot of people in this area during the day - this is a great one to look for after 6 pm. If you're there after dark, you'll need a flashlight. Please be respectful of the business which gave us permission to place this on their premises (and whose services we highly recommend!). No need to tear anything up. Once you spot the cache, it's a simple grab and you can go back to your car to open it up and log in.
