jpv: Je désactive définitivement cette cache multiple: je n'habite plus sur place et n'ai pas pu faire face aux nouvelles constructions qui en perturbent les premières étapes. Dommage: le paysage en valait le coup.

One of the best trail I know in Tahiti

Attention: If you think you could end your trip after 4:30PM, it should be better to park your car at S17 34.577 W149 33.476, before a chain. If you're on the morning, don't worry, and drive as far away as you can, to approach the instructions cache.
First, you must check a hole at S17°34.762’ W149°33.290’ to find a box which gives you all instructions to find the last-treasure-cache.
Don’t forget camera nor water : 1/3 gallon / person. Indeed, you will walk at least 1h30 to 2h00 between the carpark and the final cache… but you should walk more (up to 3h30) according to your choice.
Carpark is 670m high (or a bit lower, depending time). You need to reach 986m to have enough informations to find the geocache (easy ground). You reach a nice 360° view at 1060m, and a “ooh aah view” at 1150m.

Attention: Si vous prévoyez de finir votre balade après 16h30, il est préférable de vous garer au point S17 34.577 W149 33.476, c'est-à-dire juste avant une chaîne qui est installée chaque soir. Si c'est le matin, alors n'hésitez pas à conduire aussi loin que vous pouvez pour vous rapprocher de la geocache... enfin, celle qui donnne les instructions pour continuer!
Avant tout, explorez un trou situé au S17°34.762’ W149°33.290’. Vous y trouverez une boîte qui vous donnera toutes les consignes pour trouver le trésor.
N’oubliez ni votre appareil photo, ni 1.5 litre d’eau / personne. En effet, si la promenade fait au minimum 1h30 à 2h00 entre le parking et la cache finale… peut-être serez-vous tenté de jouer les prolongations, ce qui peut vous mener à 3h30 de marche.
En effet, vous garerez votre voiture à une altitude de 670m (ou un peu plus bas selon l'heure). Vous aurez besoin de grimper jusqu’à 986m pour avoir suffisamment d’indices pour trouver la geocache (la montée est facile). Une très jolie vue s’offre à vous à 1060m. La vue sur l’intérieur de l’île justifie de monter jusqu’à 1150m.
