kussy: This day, the Takasaki racecourse did the last horse racing.
On this day, biggest race "The Takasaki Stakes (Takasaki dai-shoten)" should be done at this racecourse.
However, after 8 races were done because of the heavy snow, it was stopped.
A lot of fans spared the abolition of the racecourse.
If the racecourse has passed away, this cache can not be continued.
In the limit of this day, I did cache in the archive.
