The co-ordinates given are for the Timaru War Memorial, on the edge of the Botanical Gardens. To complete the cache you'll need to find a number of monuments in the gardens and use digits from the dates of the events that they commemorate to construct the final cache coordinates.

e (2 digits) The monument to Queen Victoria marked this year of her reign - 35 (ie: subtract 35 from the number of years).
