Do not only search for the cache... Widi is a beautiful nature preserve area where you can watch birds, frogs and other animals. Take the short walk around the pond and enjoy the nature. There is also a BBQ place - so don't forget your sausages. In winter, people come from around to skate and play ice hockey on the Widi. The Widi was once the home ice rink for the EHC Grächwil, a local hockey club. Close to the Widi is the finding place of the famous Hydria of Grächwil (6. century before Christ) which is now one of the most important pieces of the historical museum in Bern (www.bhm.ch) Park at N 47º00,621 / E 7º22,847 or take the bus 104 from Bern to Wahlendorf and get off in Grächwil.

Hier solltest Du nicht nur den Cache suchen... Das Widi ist ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet mit vielen Tier- und Pflanzenarten. Unternimm auch den kurzen Spaziergang um den Teich herum (es gibt auch eine Feuerstelle) und geniesse die Natur. Im Winter wird das Widi oft von Eisläufern und Eishockey spielenden Jugendlichen aus der Gegend bevölkert. Früher war das Widi sogar das Heim-"Stadion" des EHC Grächwil, eines lokalen Eishockeyvereins. Ganz in der Nähe des Widis liegt der Fundort der bekannten Hydria von Grächwil (6. Jhdt. v. Chr.). Die Hydria ist heute eines der wichtigsten Objekte des Historischen Museums in Bern (www.bhm.ch) Parke bei N 47º00,621 / E 7º22,847 oder nimm das Postauto, Linie 104, von Bern nach Wahlendorf (Haltestelle Grächwil).

Der See war zugefroren aber mit Schnee bedeckt, so dass wir keine Ice-Skatting Runde drehen konnten.

diesen Ort beim Seeli aufgesucht. Versteck in den Dornen
rasch gefunden und geloggt.
