Fremont's Old City Hall or Civic Center (as it is also known) is located near Lake Elizabeth, in Fremont. It was built in the 1960s but recently abandoned due to its close proximity to the Hayward fault. The area is still open to the public, and you can often see people walking their dogs, or enjoying the nearby skate park and library.
Easy Parking Close by 24 hours a Day.
Cache is a Small Capsule about the size of a Film canister. Very small Trade Items only, Bring a Pen.
