Red Fraggle most certainly captures the essence of the Fraggles. She is daring, bold, and willing to take risks. Although she is a natural pro at all land sports, she would quickly declare swimming her absolute favorite. To retrieve this cache, you will have to think like Red.
The cache is located in Brooklyn Heights Village Park off Tuxedo Avenue. The coordinates for the park entrance are as follows:

There is ample parking in this area. DO NOT PARK IN ANY OTHER AREA! Although you may get closer to the cache from a side street you will be on private property and will find the decent to the cache highly dangerous!
This park is a wonderful place to spend a day. There are playgounds scattered about the grounds for children to enjoy. Picnic pavillions, grills, and flush toilets are available for your enjoyment. Bring a pair of watershoes and some old clothes and enjoy the shallow river running through the park.
Unfortunatley, dogs are not permitted in the park. The park is open from 7am to 9pm and is heavily patrolled. Due to the unique surroundings and beauty of this location, please keep in mind the geocaching moto "cache in, trash out".
The cache is an round lock n lock full of traditional cache goodies. Expect to get your feet wet to retrieve the cache. We highly recommend following the river (yep, in the river) to reach the location. Children love this area and it is VERY kid friendly, but it is important to keep a close eye on them at all times. We do not recommend this cache in the winter months. Be careful to replace the cache just as you found it.
