This cache resides in an automobile fee area, but you can park elsewhere and walk in and out.
At the June, 2004 RCGDS picnic I hid a phony cache in a likely hole just to see if these true geocachers would poke around out of habit. Twenty dedicated cachers found it and signed it. Pure guilt forced me to place a real cache there after the fact and this is it. Probably their easiest find ever.
