Koivusaari I cache is in a floating structure in Ounasjoki river almost centre of Rovaniemi City.
Koivusaari I kätkö on Ounasjoessa kelluvassa rakennelmassa aivan Rovaniemen keskustan läheisyydessä.
Koivusaari I kätkö on kesäisin Koivusaaressa, nyt talviaikana se on hieman eri paikassa, mutta kylläkin varsin lähellä Koivusaarta.
Voit pysäköidä autosi Ounaspaviliongin parkkiin. Ounaspavilionki on E75 tien pohjoispuolella ja City Market.. no se näkyy kyllä.
Huomaa että lähistöllä on myös Koivusaari II multikätkö jonka voit hoitaa samalla reissulla.
Suosittelen varautumaan joko suksilla tai lumikengillä, ne tekevät kummastakin Koivusaari kätköstä helpommat saavuttaa.

In the summer time this Koivusaari I cache is located in Koivusaari island, now in winter time it is in little different place near the Koivusaari.
You can park your car to Ounaspavilionki car park. Ounaspavilionki is located on northern side of E75 and City Market… well you are going to see it.
Note that there is also Koivusaari II multicache nearby so take care of that on the same time.
It is recommended to take snowshoes or skies with your those will make it easier to reach the cache.
WARNING! YOU HAVE TO GO OVER THE OUNASJOKI RIVER ICE TO REACH THIS CACHE. TAKE A NECESSARY GEAR WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO FOR THIS A BE AWARE OF POSSIBLE THIN ICE!
