This is a vacation cache maintained by 'Kongie', if needed.
På vores ferieø FANØ / DK ligger der nu også en af vores cashes.
Følgende opgaver fører Jer til cachen:
1. Ved færgeledet står Ny Carlsberg-Fondens jubilæumsgave ABCD til Fanø - en skulptur 'De to hunde'.
2. Gallionsfiguren over havelågen i SØNDERHO stammer fra barkskibet 'Lord Palmerston', som byggedes i Quebec 1847. Skibet forliste på Middelhavet, og figuren drev i land på Sønderho strand i EFGH.
3. Den ny kirkegård med Mindelunden for Sønderhosøfolk omkommet på havet. En mindestens beretter om katastrofevinteren i IJKL, hvor 40 Sønderhokvinder blev enker og 100 børn faderløse.
Auf unserer Urlaubsinsel FANØ / DK liegt nun auch ein cache von uns.
Folgende Aufgaben führen euch zum cache:
1. An der Fähre steht ein Jubiläumsgeschenk vom 'Ny Carlsberg-Fond': die Skulptur 'Die zwei Hunde'. Sie wurde ABCD errichtet.
2. Die Gallionsfigur über einer Gartentür in SØNDERHOo stammt von der 1847 in Quebec gebauten Bark 'Lord Palmerston'. Das Schiff sank im Mittelmeer - die Figur wurde EFGH in SØNDERHO am Strand gefunden.
3. Der neue Friedhof in SØNDERHO mit der Gedenkstätte für ertrunkene Seeleute. Ein Gedenkstein erinnert an die Schiffskatastrophen des Winters IJKL, wo 40 Seemannsfrauen Witwen und 100 Kinder vaterlos wurden.
A new cache on on our holiday-island FANØ / DK.
You have to do the following job:
1. At the ferry stands the sculpture 'The two dogs', given in ABCD by the 'Ny Carlsberg-Fond'. 2. The figurehead - now part of the lintel of a gardengate in SØNDERHO - comes from the barque 'Lord Palmerston', built at Quebec in 1847. The ship sank in the mediterranean sea. The figurehead was subsequently washed ashore on SØNDERHO beach in EFGH.
3. The new cemetery in SØNDERHO contains a special memorial grave dedicated to those SØNDERHO sailors who lost their live at sea. A memorial marks the catastrophes in winter IJKL, when 40 wives lost their husbands and leaves 100 children fatherless.
