Jeg har abonnement på Anders And & Co., udgivet af Egmont
Serieforlaget A/S. Næsten hver uge får man en gave med bladet - en
lille, nytteløs plastting af yderst lav kvalitet. Over årene har
mange af disse gaver samlet sig i mit skab - heldigvis er også
mange blevet smidt ud. Nu vil jeg slippe af med dem i en række af
GPS caches med titlen Egmont Crap Cache (ECC), der alle er placeret
i dejlig natur. Dette er ECC nr. 3.
Egmont Crap Cache #3 - Sønder Lem Vig
Landskabet omkring Sønder Lem Vig blev skabt for omkring 12.000
år siden ved slutningen af istiden. På dæmningen mellem Sønder Lem
Vig og Limfjorden kan der parkeres ved pumpestationen. Her finder
du også et par informationstavler. Området bliver brugt til at
høste rør, hvilket tydeligt ses. Der findes også et rigt fugleliv i
området, og du vil næsten med sikkerhed se både rovfugle og hejrer.
Man skal også passe på ikke at bevæge sig for langt ud mellem
sivene, for pludselig er jordbunden ikke så fast længere.

I subscribe to the Danish Donald Duck magazine, called Anders
And & Co., published by Egmont Serieforlaget A/S. Almost every
week one receives a present along with the magazine - a little
useless plastic gadget of very low quality. Over the years a lot of
these presents have accumulated in my closet - luckily a lot has
also been thrown away. Now I intend to get rid of all of them in a
series of GPS caches titled Egmont Crap Cache (ECC), all placed in
some wonderful nature. This is ECC #3.
Egmont Crap Cache #3 - Sønder Lem Cove
The landscape around Sønder Lem Cove was created around 12.000
years ago at the end of the ice age. On the dam between Sønder Lem
Cove og Limfjorden it is possible to park next to the pumping
station. Here you also find a couple of information boards. It can
clearly be seen that the area is being used to harvest reed. There
is also a rich bird life in the area, and you will most certainly
see both birds of prey and herons. Take care and don't walk too far
into the reed, suddenly the ground is not longer as firm as before.
