This will become and annual event by this group but will be done at different locations close to North Pole, Alaska.

We are happy to report that this forst event was a great success and all the scouts who particiated recieved special patches for their community service. The world is a bit better because of these fine Cub Scouts of Pack 49.

Annual CITO organized by the North Pole Cub Scout Pack 49, sponsored by The North Pole Rotary

The Cub Scouts of Pack 49 are organizing our first Geocaching Cache-In / Trash-Out event!!When: July 24th, 2004 at 1 PMWhere: Moose Creek Diversion ProjectRally in the parking lot on the East side (inside the diversion project) of the dike, adjacent to the park checkpoint.We will be visiting the Moose Creek Giant Geocache that we established last year and cleaning the area between the parking lot and the cache. If we have enough scouts, we will visit another cache located near the Moose Creek Diversion Dam. Come out and treasure hunt with us while we help preserve the natural beauty of our outdoor resources!
