Tokkekøb 1945
Den 15. April 1945 var Danmark stadig besat af tyskerne. Den aften blev 5 mand arresteret af det danske "Hilfpolizei" (bestående af danske nazister og sympatisører). Kort tid efter blev 3 af de arresterede likvideret i skoven ved Fiskebæk, og herefter kørte de til Tokkekøb Hegn, hvor de to sidste blev skudt og smidt i grøften. Disse forbrydelser blev gjort ved højlys dag. De to dræbte blev først fundet sidst i maj - uger efter krigens afslutning. Senere blev der rejst en mindesten for de to dræbte på det sted, de blev likvideret.
Allerede året efter begyndte en tradition på Blovstrød skole på Danmarks befrielsesdag 5. maj. Skolebørnene og lærerne startede dagen med at hejse flaget i skolegården, og derefter gik de fra skolen gennem Tokkekøb Hegn til denne mindesten. Her blev der sat blomster og sunget. Traditionen fortsatte i 25 år.

Tokkekøb 1945
On April 15 1945 Denmark was still occupied by the Germans. That night 5 men were arrested by the Danish "Hilfpolizei" (consisting of Danish nazis and sympathizers). Shortly after, 3 of the arrested were assasinated in the forest near Fiskebæk and afterwards they drove to Tokkekøb Hegn where the last two were shot and dumped in the ditch. These crimes took place in broad daylight. The two bodies weren't found until late May - several weeks after the ending of WWII. Later, a monument for the two persons was set up on the location of the crime.
Already the year after, a tradition was established at the local school of Blovstrød on the day of Liberation (May 5th). The school children and teachers commenced the day by hoisting the flag in the school yard. Afterwards they walked from the school into Tokkekøb Hegn ending by the monument. The monument was decorated with flowers and the teachers and children sang. This tradition lasted for 25 years.
