The Fire of Multicaching
This stirring multicache takes you to see three different places that relate somewhat to the fire. So you've catched the fire of Multicaching? This cache series is for you then. Have fun! 
First Stop: The Fire Station of Niittykumpu
The coordinates above lead you near to the fire station but still safely to the other side of the road. Look at the tower. You'll see near the weather measuring instruments that there's a big number up there. Let that number be i. Write it down, you'll need it again at the second stop.
Then go to the next stop, where xxx = 31i and yyy= 4i + 1. Add leading zeros and round off the decimals where needed.
Second Stop: N 60° 11.xxx E 024° 57.yyy
You'll see many things in here. Make the following notes:
- j= the number of big doors not counting the door number zero
- k= the number of the windows on the majority of those doors
- L= the number of flagpoles in the quadrangle
- m= the year written in the building
- n= the number of characters in Seppo's last name
- o= the number of floors in the tower
- p= the number of tiny antenna masts visible from the given location
For some checksumming: SUM(j..p)= 2034, n=o and k=2p.
Then go to the final stop, where uuu = m - 45k + p + (n+i)/3 and vvv= 70L + 50o + 4j. Add leading zeros and round off the decimals where needed.
Third Stop: N 60° 09.uuu E 024° 56.vvv
Satellite reception is surprisingly poor in here. So when you see the building, seek from the right side of it. The film canister is very near to the fire brick wall about one meter above the ground, in a kind of corner. If you need the exact spoiler, decrypt the hint below.
Pay attention how the film canister was hidden. Please be diligent when hiding it back. And after that, if the place on your right hand is open, why not visit there too.
