Geocache Description:

This replaces Rengstorff Park # 2 which was muggled.

As of 2/28/06, the cache is a double micro, similar in shape to the container it replaces, the old Walkway Number Seven cache, in a much harder place to find. Tree coverage, close to tennis courts and nearly invisible from any angle make this one a challenge.
Difficulty has been returned to 2.5 as the new container should stay in its original location if replaced correctly. Please replace it as you hopefully found it-- nearly invisible from any angle.

On a map/GPSr it looks as if you can reach this cache from California Street but you cannot without climbing a very high fence and probably trespassing. Approach from the park side.

This is a large city park that has BBQ facilities, a baseball field, basketball court, skate park, children's playground, picnic area, softball field, swimming pool, tennis courts, outdoor volleyball court, lots of nice grassy areas and restrooms. Adjacent to Castro train station. Plenty of parking, but way busy on weekends and hot summer days.
