10.776 E14° 41.844 dává
této
keši její jméno. Najdeme zde památník k 500. výročí upálení
Jana Husa,
českého reformátora, po němž bylo pojmenováno husitské hnutí. Jan Hus
byl
pronásledován církví, vylákán do Kostnice na Bodamském jezeře a 6.
července
1415 upálen. Na západní straně pomníku stojí text:
„K uctění památky
M. Jana Husa
OKRES VESELSKÝ
1415 – 1915“

1) Die erste Station bei N49 10.776 E14
41.844 gibt
diesem Cache gleich den Namen. Es ist ein Denkmal zum 500. Jahrestag
der Verbrennung von Jan Hus, dem tschechischen Reformator, nach dem die
Hussiten benannt wurden. Jan Hus wurde als Gegner der traditionellen
Kirche verfolgt, unter einer List zum Bodensee gelockt und am 6. Juli
1415 verbrannt. Das Denkmal enthält auf der Westseite die
Inschrift:

1415 – 1915“
(deutsch etwa: „Zum Ehrengedenken an M. Jan Hus vom Kreis
Veselí“)

route length of about 4.5 km. You can go for a walk or ride a bike.

this cache its name. It is a memorial site of the 500. anniversary of
Jan Hus‘ execution by burning. He was a famous Czech reformer
of
which the hussites got their name from. Jan Hus, prosecuted as an
opponent of the traditional church, was decoyed to come to the council
at Lake Constance and burned to death at 6th july, 1415. The west side
of the memorial keeps the inscription:
