Geocache Description:


This is a replacement to my original "Runway" cache that was found vandelized last year. This is a nice place to take the kids but be sure to bring some bread for the ducks! On a clear day, you can watch planes taxi for takeoff as well as planes landing. Occasionally you will see Stanford's Lifeflight helicopter land by the airport terminal.This Cache initially contains the following items:Stunt Jet Airplane for the lucky kid, a Hamburger Toy, a Biplane toy, a Hawaii refrigerator magnet, a thermometer to check the temperature, a hair barret for that windy day and you find that you forgot yours, a bottle opener/magnet if you forgot yours after a long hike or the hot day, LA Gear red flashlight, a box of specialty hardware, a log book and pen.It is not necessary to trample over the brush. Stay on the main trail and side trails to find this cache.

Ants have been taken care of I think since the last geocachers havent mentioned them!!! Have fun!!!
