LAH Pathways: Deer Creek Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

This small plastic jar is located near a secluded pathway along a creek in Los Altos Hills. There's room for small trade items.

I am surprised that this pathway is still unnamed by the Los Altos Hills' Pathway Committee. I decided to place a cache here to let Geocachers enjoy a leisurely stroll along Deer Creek.

Finding access and parking will be a challenge, and GPSr's will have trouble acquiring signals near the hide location. For those reasons, difficulty is set to 2 stars.

There is some poison oak nearby, but avoidable - if needed, go ahead and decrypt the hints. Please rehide so the container is not visible from the trail.
