Held in Trusst (Canterbury) Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Bear_Left: Ah, well, it had a good run and provided some amusement.

For those who never got to it, there was a rounded Y-shaped pipe holding up a tree branch and the first waypoint was inside a cap on top of one end of the pipe (we added a cap to both sides as there weren't any originally.)

Many thanks to Mordor&andre for extending its life!

This is a lovely little park and deserves a cache, so we hope someone takes the opportunity to do something interesting with it.

Geocache Description:

A nice little park, with a screwy waypoint!

Woodham Park is a pretty suburban park with two notable differences to others in Christchurch:
  1. it has the only aviary in any ChCh Council park and
  2. it has this cache in it!
Waypoint 1 is in a pretty exposed spot, so we'd really appreciate it if you made your attempt at a time when there are less likely to be too many Muggles about. The area is fairly well lit and is readily do-able at night, for instance.

There are two virtually identical choices for the hidey-hole of this first waypoint, and the one you want is closest to Woodham Road.

The cache proper is a 1.5l camo-painted plastic container, hidden under leaf litter.
