Geocache Description:


In this multi-cache, best take some water-borne transport to spot the clues more easily (though it’s all still possible from dry land). The final cache is in a lovely land based location in the centre of the city with some royal connections.We were staying in Copenhagen for the weekend and decided to set this nautical based cache along the same lines as the sk8rsaminamsterdam cache.The co-ordinates above are only a suggested starting point, NOT the final location of the cache.The cache is a glasses case in a sealed bag and contained originally Pen,Log,Some small souvenirs from our stay. The final location is not open all hours (10-4) and may be quite busy, so best furtive searching techniques are recommended. The spoiler picture provides a good clue if you have to snatch the cache quickly.Good luck, and if you’re a visitor to Copenhagen – we hope you had as much fun finding it as we had setting it.Here’s how you find it:
At N55.40.612/E12.34.931 you’ll see a number on a bridge (A)
At N55.40.567/E12.35.037 you’ll see a tall tower with (B) crowns on the top
At N55.41.582/E12.36.271 a large metal sphere has the number (C) on it (you may need binoculars if you look from land.
At N55.41.581/E12.35.983 the little mermaid sits on (D) rocks in total
From a viewpoint at N55.41.132/E12.35.912 a famous statue can be seen (bearing ~ 280 degrees - binoculars again)which has (E) letters in his name
At N55.40.439/E12.35.604 a large fixed houseboat has (F) on it’s bow
At N55.40.347/E12.34.790 there’s a speed limit for cruising (G) knots
A+B+C+D+E+F+G = XXXX - 898 = Y.YYY
XXXX +2680 = Z.ZZZ
The final cache is at: North 55.4Y.YYY East 12.3Z.ZZZ
