CSC ( in this case ) has nothing to do with a danish bycycle team. CSC is short for Crash Site Caches.. Both CSC’s are placed at airplane crash sites from WW II. This makes a visit an historic journey, and perhaps also a chance to send a thankfull thought the does who lost there life in fight for the freedom we share now.
During your struggle to find the caches, you’ll also learn about are more serious trace and hunt, done by the few lucky ones that survived the crash and escaped, either back home or to a POW camp – but saved their lives. At this crash site, 7 were killed, but one survived – partly because there was only supposed to be 7 crewmembers on this Sterling bomber. Bring your own pencil.
