Four wheel drive is necessary unless you want to hike in from where you feel comfortable. Reasonable ground clerance is necessary. Lots of potholes that flood in the rainy season, but if it's dry you can drive to within 1/4 mile of it. Wear boots! It is, afterall, in the center of the Great Swamp. Since there are very few tall trees the reception is very good. The ground is really trapy the last 500 feet. Take a walking stick and check the muck.
The cache is an ammo can. It's in an obvious spot, it floods here and besides, the thrill is in meeting the Monster whose been lurking here for a half a century. I bet it see's you before you see IT! If you wish to drive in, enter at 39 41.947, 74 45.170. If you choose to hike/bike in, then enter at the closed bridge at the Plesantmills Church, 39 38.395, 74 39.650. The hint won't help you find the Monster, only the cache, once you are there.
