Geocache Description:

A typical urban micro-cache to celebrate the Pretoria Bridge. Originally built in 1917 and reconstructed in 1981, it is a vertical lift bridge, unusual in that it has no overhead towers!

You are looking for a small container secreted on the observation turret on the south east side of the bridge. Enjoy the view down the Rideau Canal, boats in the summer and skaters in the winter. As usual with urban micros discretion is paramount, the bridge is busy with foot traffic all year round! Bring your own pencil/pen!
