The whole family can enjoy this short level hike. The trail is well marked at both ends. Any bushwhacking would be inappropriate.
The trail is named after Katherine "Kit" Wright, who donated Fox Hill Marsh to the Audubon Society of Rhode Island. The Boy Scouts completed the trail back in 2000.
Fort Getty's forty-one acres are owned by the Town of Jamestown. Non-residents may be charged a fee to park during the summer season.
